Buying

Buying in bulk from dealers in Lagos markets, starting with phones, laptops and electronics.

What is Dealrs?

Dealrs is the B2B marketplace for Nigeria's markets, where dealers buy and sell in bulk. Dealers post sell listings and buy requests, find verified suppliers, and run invoices, customers and stock from the Dealer Hub. We're live in three Lagos markets: Computer Village (Ikeja), Alaba International Market and Saka Tinubu (Victoria Island). We're starting with phones, laptops and electronics.

How do I buy in bulk from Lagos markets on Dealrs?

Send a product request on dealrs.io with the item, quantity, condition and your price per unit (no app or password, just a code to your phone), or post a buy request in the Dealrs app if you have a dealer account. Our team reviews it, finds verified dealers who have the product and gets back to you.

Do I need to sign up to request a product?

No sign-up step. Tell us the item, how many you need, your price per unit and where it should go, add your name, phone number and email, then enter the code we text you to send it. We set up your free customer account at the same time, with no app and no password. Quotes come by email. Dealers post buy requests in the app instead.

Can I buy UK-used iPhones and other used phones on Dealrs?

Yes. Dealers list both new and used phones, and when you post a buy request you say which condition you want. Always check a used phone yourself before you pay: battery health, screen, camera, Face ID or fingerprint, and that the IMEI on the box and in the phone settings match.

What can I buy and sell on Dealrs?

We're starting with electronics: mobile phones, tablets, smart watches and accessories; laptops, computers, monitors, hardware, networking, printers, security cameras, software, TVs, audio, headphones, cameras, games consoles and supplies; and computer and ICT services such as phone and laptop repairs. More categories are coming.

Which markets does Dealrs cover?

We're starting in Lagos with Computer Village in Ikeja, Alaba International Market in Ojo and Saka Tinubu in Victoria Island. More markets are coming. Buyers anywhere in Nigeria can send a product request.

Does Dealrs handle payment or delivery?

No. Buyers and dealers agree price, payment and delivery directly with each other. Dealrs does not collect or hold payments between buyers and sellers. Deal with verified dealers, inspect goods before you pay, and keep your receipts.

How do I avoid fake or faulty goods?

Prefer dealers with the verified badge, meet at the dealer's store, inspect and test the item before you pay, check the IMEI or serial number, and ask for a receipt. If a deal feels rushed or the price is far below the market, walk away. Our verification page has more tips.

Selling

Listing your stock and getting connected with buyers as a dealer.

Selling on Dealrs

How do I start selling on Dealrs?

Sign up in the Dealrs app, add your store and verify your identity. Categories today are electronics and ICT services. Then post sell listings with 1 to 3 photos, the specs for the category, your price, a bulk price if you offer one, and the quantity you have. Our team reviews each listing before it goes live.

How do I get connected with buyers?

Dealers post buy requests in the Dealrs app, and dealers who have the item are alerted. You then agree price, payment and delivery between yourselves. Product requests from this website work differently: the Dealrs team handles those directly with the buyer, including payment and delivery.

Can I see what buyers are looking for?

Yes. Approved buy requests are visible to dealers, with the item, quantity, condition, urgency and the price they want to pay. In the Dealer Hub you can also see buyer requests that match the stock you've recorded.

What do buyers see on my store profile?

Your store name, the market it's in and your store address, plus the verified badge once you're verified. Your approved listings carry the badge too, so buyers who have never met you can see you're real.

Why wasn't my listing or request approved?

We review every listing and buy request before it goes live. A post may be held back if it's missing key details, the photos don't show the item, it's in the wrong category, or it breaks our rules. Fix the post and submit it again, or contact us if you're unsure why.

Is there a limit to how many listings I can post?

Each plan has a listing limit: 5 on Starter, 20 on Standard, 50 on Pro and unlimited on Premium. Buy requests follow the same numbers. You can upgrade at any time if you need more.

Verification

How we check dealers and what the badge means.

How verification works

Are the dealers on Dealrs verified?

Dealers verify their identity with a shop-front photo and a selfie, and the Dealrs team verifies their store, sometimes with an in-person visit from a Dealrs field agent. Dealers with a verified store show a Verified dealer badge. Only approved dealers can post listings and buy requests or use the Dealer Hub, and we also review every listing and buy request before it goes live.

How do I get the verified badge?

Add your store in the Dealrs app, then verify your identity with a photo of your shop front and a selfie. The Dealrs team reviews them and verifies your store, and a Dealrs field agent may visit your shop for an in-person KYC check. Once your store is verified, the Verified dealer badge shows on your store profile and your listings.

Can I post before I'm verified?

No. You can sign up and set up your store in the Dealrs app, but posting listings and buy requests, and the Dealer Hub, open once your identity verification is approved. We notify you in the app when it's done.

Does the badge mean Dealrs guarantees the dealer?

No. The badge means we've checked who the dealer is and that their shop is real. It doesn't guarantee a product or a deal, and Dealrs doesn't hold payments. Inspect goods before you pay and keep your receipts.

Who sees my verification photos?

Only the Dealrs verification team, and you in your own account. Your shop-front photo and selfie are stored privately and are never shown on your listings or your store profile. Buyers see your store name, market and address, and the badge once your store is verified.

What if my verification isn't approved?

The app shows the reason our team gave. Take new photos and resubmit from the same screen. We notify you when your submission has been reviewed. If you're unsure what to change, contact us.

How do I report a dealer, listing or request?

Contact us at hello@dealrs.io, call +234 706 754 2573 or send a WhatsApp message to the same number. Tell us the dealer or store name, the listing or request, and what happened. We review every report.

Dealer Hub

The web app for running your shop.

Tour the Dealer Hub

What is the Dealer Hub?

The Dealer Hub is the Dealrs web app for dealers and shop owners at my.dealrs.io. You can issue invoices and record payments, keep customers, track inventory with a stock ledger, post listings and buy requests, compare prices, and see buyer requests that match your stock. Paid plans, from Standard up, add suppliers, purchase orders and delivery slips. The Hub is for verified dealers: it opens once your identity verification is approved.

Can I send invoices and record part payments?

Yes. Create an invoice for a customer, record payments as they come in (in full or in parts) and share the invoice as a PDF. Invoices you record also count as sales activity on your Dealrs account.

What is the stock ledger?

The stock ledger records every movement of stock in and out of your inventory, so you can see how you got to the count you have now instead of relying on memory or a notebook. It's included on every plan, including the free Starter plan.

Which plans include suppliers, purchase orders and delivery slips?

Suppliers, supplier orders (purchase orders) and delivery slips are on Standard, Pro and Premium. Standard includes 10 suppliers, 20 supplier orders and 20 delivery slips, and Pro includes 50 suppliers, 100 supplier orders and 100 delivery slips. Premium has no limits. Starter doesn't include them.

Does the Dealer Hub have a dark mode?

Yes. The Dealer Hub works in light and dark mode, so you can pick whichever is easier on your eyes.

What happens when I upgrade in the middle of a billing period?

Your new plan starts straight away, and you only pay the difference for the days left in your current billing period. You don't pay twice for the same days.

What happens when I downgrade?

A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal date. Until then you keep everything on your current plan. Check the lower plan's limits before you switch, so you know what will fit.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel whenever you like, and you keep access to your paid plan until the end of the period you've already paid for.

How do I pay for a plan?

Plans are paid securely through Paystack or Flutterwave, whichever you choose when you subscribe. Your card details are handled by them, not stored by Dealrs, and renewals stay with the provider you picked.

Financing

Stock and working-capital financing for dealers.

How financing works

Can I get stock financing or a loan for my business?

Dealers with a Dealrs dealer account can request financing from ₦10,000 to ₦100,000,000 to buy stock, for working capital, to expand a shop or for equipment, with repayment over 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. We review each request using your Dealrs activity and call you. You can have one open request at a time, and we aim to decide within a few working days.

Who can apply for financing?

Financing requests are open to dealer accounts on Dealrs. You apply from the Dealer Hub (Financing) or the Dealrs app. Buyers without a dealer account can't apply.

What does Dealrs look at when reviewing a request?

We look at your activity on Dealrs: whether you and your store are verified, the invoices you've recorded, your stock, your listings and how long you've been on Dealrs. Then we call you to talk through the request.

What interest rate do you charge?

We don't publish rates on this website. If your request moves forward, we'll explain the terms, including any costs and the repayment schedule, before you agree to anything.

How long does a decision take?

We aim to decide within a few working days. Your request shows as Sent, then In review, then a decision. Every request is reviewed on its own merits, so approval isn't guaranteed.

Can I send more than one financing request?

You can have one open request at a time. Once there's a decision on it, or if you withdraw it, you can send another.

Can I withdraw a financing request?

Yes. While your request shows as Sent or In review, you can withdraw it from Financing in the Dealer Hub or the Dealrs app. We stop reviewing it, and you can send a new request afterwards.

Does sending a request commit me to a loan?

No. Sending a request doesn't commit you to anything. If your request moves forward, we'll explain the terms, including any costs and the repayment schedule, before you agree to anything.

Where can I see my past financing requests?

On the Financing page in the Dealer Hub or the Dealrs app. Your requests are listed with the amount, what it was for, the repayment period, the date and the status: Sent, In review, Approved, Not approved or Withdrawn.
