How to buy audio equipment in bulk on Dealrs

  1. Post a buy request in the app

Say which audio equipment you need, the quantity, the condition, how soon and the price you want to pay. Dealrs reviews every request before it goes live.

  2. We find it and get back to you

The Dealrs team finds verified dealers who have what you asked for and gets back to you.

  3. Inspect, then pay the dealer

Agree the price and delivery with the dealer, check the goods, then pay. Dealrs doesn't take payment between buyers and sellers.

Getting your audio request right

For professional sound, describe the room and the use (a 300-seat church, an outdoor event, a lounge) as well as any models you have in mind. Say whether you need powered or passive speakers, and how many microphones.

For earbuds and headphones by the carton, say whether you want a specific brand or unbranded stock, and how many colours you'll accept in the mix.

Conditions

New, UK-used or refurbished audio

Sound equipment ages well if it's been looked after, so used gear is common in the professional trade.

  1. Brand new

Sealed in the box and never used. Ask whether it comes with an official Nigerian warranty or is an import. Both are sold as "new", but only one is backed locally by the brand.

    What to check

    • Seal and box are intact
    • Serial number matches the box
    • Local warranty or import?

  2. UK used

Imported used speakers, amplifiers and hi-fi. Often solid, but listen for rattles, crackles and weak channels.

    What to check

    • Ask what the dealer's grade means
    • Test every function while it's on
    • Look for signs of opening or repair

  3. Naija used

Used locally, often by event companies upgrading. Can be worn hard, so ask how it was used.

    What to check

    • Look for opened screws and swapped parts
    • Test everything before you pay
    • Agree the condition with the dealer

    Check effortHigh

  4. Refurbished

Re-coned speakers and repaired amplifiers. Ask what was done and test it at the volume you'll use.

    What to check

    • Ask who did the work
    • Ask which parts were replaced
    • Agree a return window before you pay

Selling audio equipment on Dealrs

Audio buyers want to hear it, but first they need to know you have it. List the model, power and condition with clear photos, and add a bulk price for cartons of earbuds or sets of speakers.

Event companies and churches come back when they expand. Keep them as customers in the Dealer Hub and send proper invoices, so you're the first call next time.
