Create your free account in the Dealrs app (coming soon to the App Store and Google Play). Add your store and its market, then verify with a shop-front photo and a selfie.
Add 1 to 3 clear photos, the specs, your price, a bulk price if you give one, and the quantity. Our team reviews every listing before it goes live.
Buyers post what they need: item, quantity, condition, urgency and price. The Dealer Hub shows you the ones that match your stock.
When a buyer needs what you have, the Dealrs team connects you. You agree price, payment and delivery between you.
Issue the invoice and record the payment. Items sold on an invoice show in your stock ledger, so your counts stay right.

Get verified
A buyer who has never met you can't walk past your shop. The badge tells them Dealrs has checked who you are and that your shop is real.
In the Dealrs app, send two photos:
Add your store and its market. The Dealrs team verifies your store, so buyers know the shop is real.
A Dealrs field agent may visit your shop for an in-person KYC check.
Once you're verified, the badge shows on your store profile and on your listings.

Dealer Hub is our web app for shop owners and dealers at my.dealrs.io. Use the same sign-in as the Dealrs app to record your stock and invoices.

Every dealer starts free on Starter. Buying and requesting products is free. Paid plans from ₦2,000 a month give you more listings and shops, faster buy request alerts and more invoices.
Upgrade anytime. You only pay the difference for the days left in your billing period. Yearly billing is 10% cheaper.
Stock financing
Dealers can request ₦10,000 to ₦100,000,000 to buy stock, for working capital, to expand a shop or for equipment, and repay over 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. We review each request and aim to decide within a few working days.

Yes, the Starter plan is free: 5 listings, 5 buy requests, 2 stores, 5 saved customers, 5 invoices a month, plus inventory and a stock ledger. Paid plans start at ₦2,000 a month (Standard), with Pro at ₦5,000 and Premium at ₦15,000. Yearly billing is 10% cheaper, and payments go through Paystack or Flutterwave.
Dealers post buy requests in the Dealrs app, and dealers who have the item are alerted. You then agree price, payment and delivery between yourselves. Product requests from this website work differently: the Dealrs team handles those directly with the buyer, including payment and delivery.
Yes. Approved buy requests are visible to dealers, with the item, quantity, condition, urgency and the price they want to pay. In the Dealer Hub you can also see buyer requests that match the stock you've recorded.

No. Buyers and dealers agree price, payment and delivery directly with each other. Dealrs does not collect or hold payments between buyers and sellers. Deal with verified dealers, inspect goods before you pay, and keep your receipts.
We review every listing and buy request before it goes live. A post may be held back if it's missing key details, the photos don't show the item, it's in the wrong category, or it breaks our rules. Fix the post and submit it again, or contact us if you're unsure why.
Yes. Starter includes 2 stores, Standard 5, Pro 10 and Premium unlimited, so dealers with branches in different markets can keep them under one account.
Yes. The Dealrs app for Android and iOS is where you sign up, verify your identity and store, and post listings and buy requests. It's coming soon to the App Store and Google Play. On the web, dealers manage their shop in the Dealer Hub at my.dealrs.io.
