Delete your Dealrs account
You can delete your Dealrs account in the app or by email. This covers the Dealrs app for Android and iOS, the Dealer Hub and customer accounts made on this website.
In the Dealrs app
Open the Dealrs app, go to Settings and choose Delete account, then confirm.
By email
Can't get into the app? Email hello@dealrs.io from the address on your account, or include the phone number on your account, and ask us to delete it.
What we delete
Your profile, listings, buy requests, photos, business records and activity are deleted straight away. Anything left is deleted or anonymised within 30 days, and copies in our backups are removed within 30 days as they are replaced.
What we keep
We keep payment records (amount, date and payment reference, without your name or contact details) for as long as the law requires, and information needed to settle disputes or prevent fraud.
